Orders

Orders are placed on WhatsApp or by phone. The basket on the site only helps you prepare your message: the order is agreed once we confirm it.

Shabbat order deadline: Friday until 3:00 pm.

For events: by advance arrangement.

Prices

Prices are shown in shekels (₪) and are final prices, including VAT where applicable.

For items sold by weight, the amount shown is an estimate: the final price depends on the actual weight. Events are priced on quote. The price confirmed with your order does not change afterwards.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, are agreed with you on WhatsApp before the order is confirmed.

Pickup and delivery

Orders can be picked up at our address during opening hours, or delivered to the agreed address. The delivery time and any fee are given before confirmation.

Cancellation

Our dishes are perishable goods prepared for you: under the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010, they are excluded from the cancellation right for distance sales.

If you need to cancel or change an order, let us know as early as possible. Cancellation terms, including for any deposit, are given before the order is confirmed.

Allergens

Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that uses, among others, gluten, eggs, fish, sesame, nuts and celery. If you have an allergy, tell us before ordering: we will give you the ingredients, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces.

Complaints and governing law

For any question or complaint, contact us: we always look for an amicable solution. These terms are governed by Israeli law; the courts of Jerusalem have jurisdiction.
