Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to browse our site and order easily, including people with disabilities.
Accessibility level
This site is designed to comply with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, level AA.
What we have done
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible marker on the active element and a link to skip straight to the content.
- Clear structure (headings, menus, regions) understood by screen readers.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Sufficient colour contrast, and text that can be enlarged without losing content.
- Language and reading direction set on every page: Hebrew right to left, French and English left to right.
- Animations stop if you asked for less motion in your device settings; slideshows pause on hover and keyboard focus.
- No sound starts on its own: the video only plays when you ask.
- Layout adapted to phones, tablets and computers.
- An accessibility menu at the bottom of every page to enlarge text, increase contrast, underline links, stop animations and switch to a more readable font.
Known limitations
The kashrut certificate photos are scanned documents: their main information is also given as text on the page. External services (WhatsApp, Google Maps, social networks) are outside our control.
The presentation video on the home page is set to music, with on-screen text in Hebrew: a text description is available just below it.
Alternative ways to get information
If any part of the site is a problem for you, you can get all the information (menus, prices, kashrut, opening hours) and order by phone, on WhatsApp or directly at the shop. We will read the menu to you if needed and fix the reported issue.
Accessibility of our shop
Our shop has step-free access from the street. For any other question about access, contact us.
