Our story
The taste of home
At Dar-El, we cook the way you cook at home: recipes handed down through generations, fresh ingredients and the patience of a slow-simmered pot. Every week, chef Yossi Fedida prepares the Shabbat flavours of the Sephardic kitchen — matbucha, tagines, couscous — so you can sit down to the table without giving up the taste of the old days.
