Who we are

This site belongs to Dar-El, 6 Agripas St, Jerusalem. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us.

Information we receive

The site has no customer account and no forms: it does not ask you for any personal information.

When you order or contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive what you send us: your name, phone number, order details and, if needed, the delivery address and event date.

We use it only to prepare and deliver your order, invoice it and keep our accounts. We do not sell it and do not send you advertising without your consent.

WhatsApp

Orders go through WhatsApp, a Meta service. Your messages are subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Basket and cookies

The basket is kept only in your browser, so it is not lost between pages. It reaches us only if you send the WhatsApp message, and you can empty it at any time.

The site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics. Only the admin area, reserved for our team, uses a login cookie.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, which records technical data (IP address, browser type) for operation and security. Its servers may be located outside Israel.

External services

The Google Maps map only loads if you click “Show the map”: Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies, under its own policy.

Links to Waze, Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook open those services, which follow their own rules.

Retention

We keep our conversations for as long as the order needs follow-up, and invoices for the period required by tax law.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may review the information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Contact us using the details below.
